I have unlocked and rooted my device (Huawei P9 lite). I have install the TWRP bootloader and I tried to install a new costum ROM, but my device was turned off and never opened again. (Maybe: Low battery). I try to charge my device but it didn't recognize the charger.

As I said in the guide you need OEM to be unlocked. I have no idea how you can unlock it without accessing the system. I think one version of pie locked it down but then the next one unlocked it.
Fixed – Sound Not Works on Huawei P9 lite. 1.Go to Setting page. 2.Go to Sound or R ing tone and notification / Sound & Vibrations 3.See whether Sound is turn on. (fill up Ringtone/ Media/ Notification/ system) 4.If you have option to Choose always Turn On or something then select one of them.
